Serving Notes: The meal will include sticky rice, there will be a minimum of one portion per guest. Flank

steak is cooked to a medium-medium rare. Eating raw meat is considered a risk on behalf of the guest.

There are no modifications available for any dishes except the choice of either steak or mushroom salad.

Guests can inquire regarding dietary restrictions. Cross contamination is taken with precautions and we

do our best but it cannot be guaranteed and is at the risk on behalf of the guest. Sang

Nuua will not provide tables, chairs, flatware, plates or cups. We will provide serving plates and serving utensils.

Cooking Notes: We will need to arrive approximately 1 hour prior to sit time. We will also need to see the

cooking space at least 2 days prior to the event for consultation purposes. Please make sure your cooking space

is adequately organized and clean prior to arrival of the event. We will do a pristine clean after the meal but it is the

client responsibility for cleanliness prior to the meal. Our end of meal cleaning includes taking out the trash, dishes, top to

bottom clean of counter spaces and stovetop, sweep and quick wet mop. Some dishes use fish sauce and turmeric:

Sang Nuua is not responsible for any smells or stains due to either ingredient. We will clean as well as we can and keep

the space free of both as well as possible to avoid any staining or lingering smells but it will not be guaranteed.
